Working principle of fecal dryer

The manure dryer uses fresh animal manure as the main raw material. Through processes such as dehydration, dust removal, purification, high-temperature drying, concentration and crushing, disinfection and sterilization, decomposition and deodorization, it can dry poultry manure with a moisture content of up to 70% -80% to a safe storage moisture of 13% in one go. The entire process is carried out in a closed system to reduce environmental pollution during the drying process. The equipment for drying livestock and poultry manure mainly consists of a heat source, a feeding machine, a feeding machine, a rotary drum, a discharging machine, a material crushing device, an induced draft fan, an unloader, and a distribution cabinet; After dehydration, the wet material is added to the dryer, and under the flipping of the uniformly distributed plate reader in the drum, the material is evenly dispersed in the dryer and fully contacts with the hot air, which accelerates the heat and mass transfer during drying. During the drying process, the material is discharged into the finished product through the star shaped discharge valve in another section of the dryer under the action of inclined plates and hot air.
